Return & Refund Policy
At Capybaha, we want you to love what you receive. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described—or simply doesn’t meet your expectations—you may request a return or refund within 14 days of delivery.
(a) Returns
To qualify for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with tags intact
- The return shipping cost is covered by the customer
- Items that fail to meet the above criteria are not eligible for return
Customers may return an item within 14 days without providing a reason, in accordance with consumer rights. After receiving the return, we will process a full refund.
Note: Shipping costs will only be charged once, including returns. No restocking fees will apply.

(b) Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. Approved refunds will be issued within 3 business days.
Please allow time for the funds to reflect in your original payment method.
(c) Order Cancellations
If your order has not yet shipped, you may cancel it at any time by contacting us at info@capybaha.com. We’ll process your cancellation and issue a full refund.
Shipping Damage Claims
In rare cases, items may arrive damaged during transit. Please inspect your package upon arrival.
If you find any damage, kindly provide photo or video evidence and contact us immediately at info@capybaha.com.
We’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or refund.
